BLENDS Architect currently looking for a talented Junior Architect to be a part of the team. You will be responsible for leading a focus through all phases of the project, from schematic design through the completion of construction.  Responsibilities include preparation of plans, working drawings, construction details and specifications in accordance with client standards and communication with the client, client's vendors, external consultants, contractors, and building officials. We need a self-motivated person with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.

• Strong conceptual talent, graphic and design skills
• Strong Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe suite and rendering skills
• Good team player
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong client interface/customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with a strategic, big-picture perspective
• Ability to multi-task and be organized
• Working knowledge of building codes

Qualifications:

• Technical or Professional Architectural Degree required - B.ARCH
• 0-4 years professional experience in an architecture firm preferred
• Must be a Registered Architect is a plus
• Proficiency in Revit Architecture is a plus
